My journey through the censorship of the Covid Era has made me passionate about our right to free speech, to be Uncensored Citizens. Before this, I took it for granted. I am still shaken to my core by what happened, by how many of our fellow citizens cheered on the bureaucrats and politicians who sought to control what information we saw, how our doctors treated illnesses and what we put into our bodies.
As a result, I find myself much more passionate about who we elect than I have ever been.
Below are a variety of election resources which are outside of the normal soundbites that we are all being bombarded with daily. I found these informative and hope you will too.
For those resources which make an argument for the coalition of Trump, Vance, Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard and Elon Musk, I’ve chosen people who are life long democrats to minimize the bias and to emphasize that this is truly a unity coalition.
Some are written, others are videos. Would love to know your thoughts as you take a look at these. Also, are there some good resources that I missed?

Joomi Kim
I found Joomi from this tweet: https://x.com/JoomiKim1/status/1850530862531498458
Her video is a balanced long form explanation with lots of solid explanation, clips, facts, etc. Joomi is a liberal democrat who expresses much of what I personally feel. She's a biologist whose PhD research focused on how the cell cycle interacts with metabolism (not relevant to this -- just a bit of background).
Joomi is clearly detail oriented and has put together one of the best compilations I've seen, pulling from a wide variety of quality sources. The beginning is excellent — the middle gets a bit long (still thought it was great — just a little long).
The end is especially good with a clip from Bret Weinstein (at about the 1:26 marker) and wraps up with Cassie & Calley Means and others who are liberals and previously 'Never Trumpers' who are aligning with the Trump/Vance ticket. The beginning and then the last 10-15 minutes are essential listening even if you skip some of the middle.
You can watch the video on Joomi’s “Let’s Be Clear” substack or on Rumble or on YouTube
Bill Ackman
Bill is a democrat and prominent businessman. He has written a list of 33 reasons he is not supporting Harris/Walz and will be supporting Trump/Vance in this election.
I think you'll appreciate the clear list and # of details. The 33 things in his list are policies of the Biden/Harris administration that he finds problematic. Given that Harris has said on numerous occasions that there isn't anything she would do differently from Biden, it's reasonable to assume these would remain unchanged. Trump has spoken out strongly against all of these.

Bret Weinstein & Heather Heying
Their October 23rd podcast is a detailed walk through why these two scientists & registered democrats, who have been champions of free speech throughout the last 4 years, are making a vote that would have shocked pre-Covid Bret & Heather.
In this week’s episode, we discuss the upcoming election, and how important it is to vote. The Democratic Party has created a two-tiered system in the Courts and in federal agencies; they have inverted basic values, including equal protection under the law, the role of families, informed consent, individual sovereignty, and our Constitution; and they have replaced truth-seeking with activism. From wars to the economy to the southern border, there is ample evidence of what the two teams actually stand for. Also: the first case report of trans-myocarditis. Then: “The Science” is still not science: federally funded research on the effects of puberty blockers on children isn’t published, because the researchers don’t like the results they got.

10/31/24 Updated: Heather Heying has also written a substack article in her “Natural Selections” detailing why she is voting for Trump. You can read her article here:
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
I find Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be one of the most powerful, honest, clear and intelligent voices to emerge during this political season. He was a champion for truth and free speech during the depths censorship during the Covid crisis. I’m delighted to see him on a national stage where more people are hearing him speak. I was deeply disappointed that he was prevented from competing in a Democratic primary.
It’s been impressive to watch him continue to persevere to where his campaign and the MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) movement has teamed up with MAGA and he receives well deserved standing ovations during the massive rallies.
There are so many fabulous videos of RFK Jr — I picked a few of the ones I find the most moving below.
RFK Jr’s address to the nation when he suspended his independent campaign and decided to endorse Trump. This is one of the best speeches I’ve ever heard, but it is long, so you might want to just listen to the other two if you’re short on time. He touched my heart and I was in a puddle of tears by the end.
https://www.mahanow.org/national-address-videoRFK Jr. speech this past weekend on why he left the democrats & supports Trump/Vance : https://rumble.com/v5kiwqk-dr-phil.html
RFK Jr. speaking on Harris and the risk of war. He includes a lot of historical details about wars in the last 50+ years as well as the current risks of conflict.
Elon Musk
What Elon did for free speech when he bought Twitter is impossible to quantify. It was a huge step forward in reducing the Covid related censorship. X (formerly Twitter) is now a place where free speech is embraced and information flows freely. The information around this election spreads fast on X and is rapidly corrected when there are errors and something is found to be false.
Yesterday I watched as voters complained of issues in a PA county where people were being turned away and disenfranchised. Videos were posted and amplified, lawyers were notified and today word came that early voting was extended in that county through Friday instead of ending yesterday.
Sunshine is the best disinfectant and our most powerful tool for freedom. If you don’t have an account on X, I highly recommend it.
Earlier this month, Elon endorsed the Trump/Vance/RFKJ/Tulsi coalition and started the America PAC
Elon Musk held a series of Townhalls in PA over the last couple of weeks. Amazingly diverse conversations with everyday Americans. They started the streams before he came on — I think to let people find them on X and not miss the beginning. You’ll need to fast forward/click to find where it starts.
Oct 17 - Folsom, PA (this one starts about 30 mins in). This one has some tech problems and is glitchy in places.
Oct 18 - Montgomery County, PA
Oct 19 - Harrisburgh, PA
Oct 20 - Pittsburgh, PA
Oct 26 - Lancaster, PA
Candidate Conversations
Trump on Joe Rogan’s podcast
Rogan had said he wouldn't have him on the show, but changed his mind in the last couple of weeks. Their 3 hour conversation covers a wide range of topics and I think this is a much better representation of who Trump is than the common sound bites, debates, stump speeches, etc.
Relaxed and intelligent conversation. I think you will walk away with a different sense of who Trump is. Of course I didn't agree with everything, but it's a very different man than who is represented by most media. It's was released on YouTube and Spotify last Friday evening (5 days ago) and currently has 40M+ views on YouTube.
Comment section in YouTube is very interesting (501K+ comments). Actually the kindest, warmest comment section I've ever seen.
Rogan spoke both at the beginning and the end about how he invited Kamala Harris as well when he extended the invite to Trump and hopes that she will accept, but she so far she has declined. Lex Fridman and Theo Von have said the same.
Other very good long form podcasts with Trump are with Lex Fridman and Theo Von although I think the Rogan interview is best one.
Vance on Theo Von’s podcast
Excellent! The two hour conversation that comic Theo Von had with JD Vance covered a wide range of topics and was an enjoyable conversation. Was fun to see how much Vance clearly got Theo's humor and both men were at ease and I came away feeling like I had a better feel for Vance and his position on many topics.
Vance on Joe Rogan’s podcast
They recorded the interview today (Oct 30) and I expect it will be released tomorrow. Just saw something on X saying the conversation went close to 4 hours! Putting this here as a holding place. If it’s as good as I expect it to be, I’ll update the post with the link. You’ll be able to find the updated version by coming the the Uncensored Citizen substack in your browser rather than just reading this in email.
Update 10/31/2024: Rogan podcast with Vance dropped today. Released 7 hours ago and it already has 3.4M views and 53K comments. I’ve listened to the first hour and so far it’s great. Relaxed and interesting conversation. Rogan always does such a good job. Listen here. Be sure to also read the comments on Youtube — I’m amazed at how interesting, fun, warm and kind the comments are!
Kamala Harris
Freedom of speech, medical freedom, border security, peace and the economy are my deal breaker issues. In my opinion, Kamala Harris does poorly in all of these areas and will not be earning my vote. That said, I am including resources for her below.
Kamala hasn't done much in the way of long form interviews. She's done a few shorter podcasts, but the ones I've heard are mostly fluff and the interviewers aren't nearly as good as Rogan, Fridman or Von. I couldn't find any where both she and Trump had been interviewed although the big ones have invited her on and they are all center left. As of today, she has declined Rogan, Fridman and Von.
Probably the most focused on policies is the CNN townhall with Anderson Cooper and the 60 minutes interview. I didn't walk away from either of them feeling like I knew clear details of her policies.
CNN - think this is all (most?) of it with reaction on CNN after. Says moments though so not sure if there is some edited - it's 37 minutes.
On CNN it looks like you have to have a subscription to see the video.
This is a bit longer - 54 minutes -- so may be more complete: https://x.com/FinanceLancelot/status/1849314964625875001
I was struck by how none of the questions got straightforward, clear, detailed answers.
60 Minutes interview:
There was a major controversy with this interview around the Israel question. Clips were released the day before by 60 Minutes with previews of the episode shown during their Face the Nation show and others. The preview for the Israel question had a several sentence answer. When the 60 Minutes episode was released, the answer to this question was totally different, a single sentence answer which was NOT a subset of the longer answer that had been released in the preview. Side by side clips: https://x.com/TimRunsHisMouth/status/1844362811520295128 and here https://rumble.com/v5hz91o-60-minutes-kamala-harris-word-salad-gone-watch-actual-and-edited-interview-.html
Thank you for reading and I hope you have found this helpful.
Post updated last night with great article from Heather Heying's substack and with the new JD Vance interview on Rogan. The Rogan/Vance interview is such a genuine conversation!
Thank you so much Karen!
