ABIM action against DOCTORS:

Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Pierre Kory, two of the world’s most knowledgable doctors for treating covid, are under fire from the American Board of Internal Medicine (A.B.I.M.). The ABIM is threatening their board certifications for “providing false and inaccurate information to patients”. The accusation states that ABIM grants certification based on the judgement of “expert” peers who are familiar with the literature and medical practice. The letters from ABIM states that they have made numerous public statements about the dangers of and lack of justification for Covid-19 vaccines. Such conduct constitutes grounds for disciplinary action. This begs the question, “Who are the real spreaders of misinformation?” Senator Ron Johnson has responded with a call for A.B.I.M. and the doctors to participate in an open hearing on Capitol Hill, and put it all on the table of public record. We haven’t seen a similar fund for Dr. Kory, but I think that donating to the FLCCC would provide assistance for him.

As your voting constituent, I want to call to your attention the egregious activity of medical boards who are misusing their role and weaponizing these organizations against doctors who have upheld their Hippocratic Oath to protect and treat their patients.  As my elected representative you are accountable to me and all Americans whose lives are affected by the decisions of Congress and the Agencies it oversees. Your actions, both public and private, to address my concerns herein, will determine how I vote in the future

I am writing to condemn, in the strongest terms, the medical licensing boards decisions to review the board certification of Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Pierre Kory, and other colleagues, on the frivolous grounds that they are spreading "medical misinformation."  Other doctors on the frontlines, including Dr. Richard Urso, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Paul Marik are being threatened and harassed by various medical institutions. These actions against leading medical doctors, who have pioneered the development of treatment protocols against COVID-19, and who are now making similar efforts towards the treatment of patients that have been injured by the COVID-19 vaccines, threatens the right to life and the well-being of the American public.

A quote from Dr. Pierre Kory after learning of Dr. McCullough’s ABIM letter, “I also got a letter from ABIM detailing multiple public statements I made as misinformation (from whoever they hired to investigate me). I have massive evidence to support each statement.”

I am respectfully calling upon Congress to hold hearings with boards such as the American Board of Medical Specialties, the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) for an open debate with the doctors whose licenses they are going after and threatening. There needs to be complete transparency, openness and an end to backroom deals done in darkness.  The system of protecting the status quo and power of elites needs to be rooted out and light shined on their collusion, corruption and hypocrisy. 

Given the nature of these discussions, the CDC, FDA, and NIH should also have active participation in these hearings.  Additionally, they have taken unprecedented steps to interfere with and control direct care, it is critical that they engage in open scientific debate and explain their actions in these hearings.

Now is the time for government Agencies, boards and medical societies to come out of the shadows and face the doctors who have been working continuously into the third year of this pandemic crisis.  Scientific interchange, not censorship or reprisal is the only path forward.

Your Constitutional duty and obligation are to protect Americans and their interests at all times. The same is not true of unaccountable private and publicly funded American Board of Medical Specialties, the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), among others.

This issue is neither Democrat nor Republican, but rather a universal crisis we all have interest in seeing resolved.  As John F. Kennedy said, “Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past. Let us accept our own responsibility for the future.”

Dear Public Official:

Some of the finest doctors and scientists in America are being harassed, punished, and silenced, in the name of not following the “consensus” with regard to the rushed-to-market COVID-19 vaccine in which recipients are all in a clinical trial.

Well over 17,000 International Alliance of Physicians and Scientists are allied to object to the loss of free speech, scientific debate, and informed consent for patients.

As your constituent and as an American, I ask that you be involved in a complete cease and desist of medical tyranny.

Everyone has the right, since the Nuremberg Code, to informed consent, which the public has not received. God will hold those medical boards persecuting these doctors accountable. In the meantime, I want to register my shock and dismay at the widespread attempt to silence any doctor critical of the pharmaceutical agenda.

For instance, The American Board of Internal Medicine has threatened Peter McCullough MD, the most published COVID-19 author in America, and the most published kidney-heart physician in history, with punishment for “public statements about the purported dangers of, or lack of justification for, COVID-19 vaccines.”

The same internal medicine board headed by Richard Baron MD, has similarly threatened Pierre Kory MD, former associate professor and Chief of Critical Care Service at the University of Wisconsin, who has published 10 papers on COVID-19 and is the bestselling author of a medical textbook that has been translated in 7 languages.

Another example: The American Board of Pathology filed complaints in four states against double-board-certified Ryan Cole M.D. for questioning the validity of public health policy as he has watched cancer diagnosis soar in the 18 months following injection of the COVID-19 products. Dr. Cole is Mayo Clinic-trained and did PhD work in immunology. He also has had a long, impeccable career and has helped diagnose over 500,000 patients.

John Littell MD is a family physician in Florida who has been highly successful keeping patients out of hospitals doing early intervention with COVID-19 despite Fauci and CDC insisting there was no treatment throughout the pandemic, only a vaccine coming. Dr. Littell and other family medicine docs have been threatened by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Casey Delcoco MD, educated at Tulane and a fertility and family practice doctor in Indiana, treated 600 COVID-19 patients early, without a single hospitalization, and has also been threatened by the ABFM after speaking out against discrimination due to vaccination status.

Yet another example: Elizabeth Laffay DO is board certified in emergency medicine, and she has been threatened twice by the Ohio State Medical Board for the same reason: questioning the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine on behalf of her patients.

The CDC’s own passive reporting database has already received over 28,000 death reports and over 2 million injuries that are just the short-term impact so clearly linked to the vaccine that someone filled out a 9-page report. The Harvard Pilgrim Study in 2010 showed that fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events and deaths are ever reported to VAERS.

The public has never been informed of the ingredients of the emergency use-authorized injections, but Pfizer disclosed its clinical trial data (refused to until required by a court), wherein 1,291 diseases were reported in the 2-4 months that those in the clinical trial were followed. The control group was then destroyed by telling all the placebo group to go get the vaccine, thereby insuring that no data can be collected on the long-term effects of those in the clinical trial.

All of the 200M+ Americans receiving any of the injections are enrolled in a clinical trial without informed consent. The product insert is a large blank page that says “this page intentionally left blank.”

We Americans need our doctors and scientists to engage in scientific inquiry, debate, and education of patients. Good science does not happen by the edict of government bureaucrats; it happens by diligent and honest inquiry and discovery.

Every American has the right to informed consent, which does not include professional harassment, loss of our jobs, medical boards disciplining doctors who debate Fauci’s public health policy, students being kicked out of academic institutions, 19k Marines kicked out of the military for non-compliance, just as a few examples.

Senator Ron Johnson has challenged The American Board of Internal Medicine to send 8 representatives to Washington DC to debate 8 of the alliance of over 17,000 doctors and scientists. If there is any open dialogue and scientific integrity left, they will quickly agree to having the spotlight on the defense of their policies and their recent actions toward doctors with impeccable careers.

I am respectfully calling on Congress to hold hearings with the ABIM, ABFM, ABMS, ABP, and any other boards threatening doctors, and the CDC, FDA, and NIH should be in attendance and be willing to debate these doctors in an open forum.
